Franchisors or its affiliates may possess intellectual property rights in other logos, words, or phrases not listed here from time to time. Intellectual property rights of third parties may also apply. Except where otherwise indicated, all materials on this site including but not limited to graphics, text, software, audio, video, and files, are the property of Franchisors or its affiliates and are protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws.

INSURANCE CLAIM REPORTING INFORMATION

If you are a GlobalGreen Insurance Agency customer, depending on your insurance carrier, you may be able to submit basic claim information or obtain additional claim services, including, reporting a new claim, on-line.  As a franchisor, we are not your insurance company and we do not process or handle your claims.  Each applicable insurance carrier with which our affiliates do business is responsible for claims management and each insurance company has its own policies and claims procedures you must follow.  From time to time, we may provide links via this website to insurance company websites and/or claims processing information.  We do so as a courtesy to you, but we are not responsible for any information contained in any such website and we expressly disclaim hereby any responsibility for receiving or processing any such claim information.  Your submission of any information via this website, your use of this website, and your utilization of any external link we provide to any insurance carrier claims reporting website or information does not commit Franchisors or its affiliates to coverage for any loss. Information you submit regarding your insurance policy and any loss is subject to review and verification by the applicable insurance carrier and is, in all respects, subject to the terms and conditions of your insurance policy with that insurance carrier. CHOICE OF LAW; SEVERABILITY

GlobalGreen Insurance Agency agents are independent insurance agents. They work for you and not any particular insurance company, although they are authorized to market insurance products through contracts with our affiliates that enable them to find you the right insurance policies and coverage for you, based on your needs.

Because they are in the business of obtaining the best, most affordable, appropriate insurance coverage for you, our affiliates and your local GlobalGreen Insurance Agency agents must obtain information about you to be able to provide you with the services you request and the quality you deserve.  Franchisors recognizes the importance of keeping your personal information confidential. This notice explains our privacy policy and our commitment to you.

Our affiliates and franchisees are required to restrict access to and use of your personal information to only those with a legitimate need to access and use your personal information and only use your information for the purposes you authorize or as set forth in this privacy notice.

Our affiliates and franchisees are required to establish appropriate standards for security and confidentiality of your customer records and information and they monitor their information security standards and protocols to ensure that everything possible is done to protect your privacy. GlobalGreen Insurance Agencies and their affiliate may obtain medical or health information about you in connection with your application for specific insurance products. Our affiliates and franchisees do not share any consumer or customer medical information they may possess with any unauthorized person within or outside their firms, unless the consumer or customer expressly authorizes it or they are required by federal or state law to do so.

In providing insurance brokerage services to you, GlobalGreen Insurance Agencies may collect personal information about you from the following sources:
